overall the event was alright
one thing i liked was making new friends
one thing i disliked was that we had no profit
My group was Paige, Zac h, jaymee and me
my product wasn't correctly priced, i know this cause we got n profit
we made to much product cause none sold
next year i think the organises should work on better advertising

Good that you were able to reflect on this. 1) friends don't always make good business partners. 2) The business is in charge of the advertising not necessarily the organisers (your teachers). Your profit is determined by how much effort you put into creating a positive and buyable image for consumers. 3) Your product needs to be 'wanted' and desired. If it is not then no one will buy it.
ReplyDeleteHow would you check your market first and make sure you are tapping into what they would buy? How would you make sure your version of that product is better than others available? Yes price, but also how do you make sure the quality is beyond that of your competitors?
